Reiki One Class
In Reiki One you will learn the history of Reiki, and the ability to be the conduit of this life force energy. Honoring Intent.... You will learn how to facilitate Reiki on your self. As well placement and time for learning facilitating Reiki on someone.
Reiki Principles
Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings.
Just for today I will not worry.
Just for today I will not be angry.
Just for today I will do my work honestly.
Just for today I will be kind to my neighbor and every living thing.
Reiki Precepts
There must be a change in consciousness for healing to occur.
There must be an appropriate exchange of energy, one that honors each.
You will receive your fisrt Reiki Attunement.
Reiki Level I - The basic course gives you the ability to use Reiki “hands-on”
Class is 4-5 hours depending on class size. A light lunch is provided
Reiki Two Class
Prerequiste is Reiki One taught by Sammi Rae.
With Reiki Level II you are taught three of four Reiki symbols. These symbols strengthen your
connection to the healing energy and also allow you to send Reiki long distances. You will
actually use these symbols during a Reiki session.
The symbols that are shared are the ones that Master Usui was shown during his spiritual
pilgrimage on Mount Kuri Yama. These symbols are taught by Reiki Masters of each generation
to the next generation of Reiki Practitioners.
Attunement:
Reiki Level II - In Reiki Level II your connection to the healing energy is deepened and you
are actually given tools to aid in sending Reiki long distance. Reiki Level II creates a quantum
leap in intuitive awareness. The energy from Reiki Level I is squared, and we begin to make a
closer connection to our Higher Self.
Class is 4-5 hours depending on class size. A Light Lunch will be provided.
Reiki Three Class
Reiki Level One and Two taught by Sammi Rae is a prerequisuite.
In Reiki Level II you are given tools to channel healing energy. In Reiki Level III, you become
the tool. With Reiki Level III, you will learn the Master symbol, becoming empowered with all
the symbols (other than the Reiki Teacher symbol). You will use all of these symbols every time
you are in Reiki.
With Reiki Level III there is a higher commitment to use Reiki
everyday. There is a world that needs to be healed. There are people and animals who need help,
not just friends and family. People who we consider to be evil need Reiki. The anger, pain and
suffering of the world needs Reiki. All living beings need Reiki. We cannot be selective where we
channel Reiki’s healing energy. There is no whining at this level. The amount of time it takes you
to complain about something is time you could have sent Reiki to the situation. This is where you consciously become the tool.

Reiki Level III Attunement - Completely opens you up to the Reiki Energies. The Reiki Master Symbol
is introduced and through this attunement you will become a Reiki Master.
Class is 4-5 hours depending on class size. A light lunch is provided

Healing Through Writing
Sammi Rae Knows the healing power of writing. This comes from a safe place of opening up and letting go, or allowing in what has been lost along the way. It is not about how good you can write, it is simply in the action wof writing.
During this class you will be taken on a guided medition for center, balance, and safety in finding the clarity to write and heal. there will be time for writing. Time will alos be allowed for sharing if so desired.
Class is 60 - 90 minute depending on class size.
In person or virtual one on one or up to 3 people.
